硬化牙本质的复合树脂黏结修复研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 硬化牙本质又被称作透明牙本质,是牙本质的一种反应性改变,在结构上与正常牙本质存在很大的差异。由于矿物盐的沉积,使得硬化牙本质的牙本质小管直径变小及管腔不同程度闭塞,阻碍了树脂突形成;同时硬化牙本质的抗酸性较强,酸蚀处理效果不及正常牙本质,因此它与复合树脂的黏结力较小,较正常牙本质低26%~30%,修复效果不够理想。混合层和树脂突的质和量以及不同的酸蚀系统和酸蚀时间都会影响硬化牙本质的复合树脂黏结修复效果。在临床工作中,应探寻更有效的方法,提高硬化牙本质的临床疗效,改善修复的效果。 Sclerotic dentin,also named as transparent dentin,is a kind of reactive change of dentin,has great difference from normal dentin in structure.Because of the deposition of mineral salts, the diameter of sclerotic dentinal tubules grows smaller and the lumens block up partially,preventing resin tag formation;at the same time sclerotic dentin has strong ability of anti-acid that decreases the bonding strength between sclerotic dentin and composite resin, about 26-30% lower than normal dentin,and resists the etching action.The effect of the sclerotic dentin repaired with composite resin can be affected by the quality and quantity of hybrid layers and resin tags,and different etching systems and acid etching time.In the clinic, effective method should be found in order to improve clinical curative effect.
