摘要
目的:研究瓷贴面复合体应力分布规律。方法:采用切片法建立上颌左侧恒中切牙的三维有限元模型,研究3 种瓷贴面复合体的应力分布。结果:在模拟正中牙合加载和模拟前伸牙合加载时,增加粘固层弹性模量的瓷贴面复合体各部分除粘固层应力增加明显外,应力变化不大。
bjective:To study the stress of three designs of tooth preparation with two kinds of porcelains.Methods:The models of 3 dimensional finite element analysis (3 D FEA) of left upper permanent central incisor were designed by microtomy.Comparative studies of stress distribution were carried out.Results:Under load imitating of occlusion,the stress level of bonding interface increased with the rising of elastic modulus of the bonding material,while the stress values of veneer had little effect.Conclusion:For the designing of 1aminate bonding material with low elastic modulus should be used.
