摘要
目的观察两种黏结修复材料治疗老年患者根龋的疗效。方法 50例老年患者200颗牙,分别应用3M的Z250光固化复合树脂修复一侧共100颗牙,用DENTSPLY的Chemfil Superior充填玻璃离子修复对侧同名牙共100颗。经1年的临床观察,评定疗效。结果光固化复合树脂修复组成功率91%,玻璃离子修复组,成功率95%(χ2=4.31,P<0.05)。结论玻璃离子修复根龋疗效优于光固化复合树脂。
Objective To observe the effect of two kinds of bonding repire materials in the treatment of the aged root caries. Methods 50 cases of such patients and total 200 tooth were repired.100 tooth were applied light-cured composite Z250 of 3M,and the same name as the contralateral 100 tooth were repaired by Chemfil Superior glass ionomer filling of DENTSPLY respectively.To evaluate the effect through 1 year＇s followed-up. Results The success rate of the light-cured composite group was 91%,and the glass ionomer filling group was 95%.（χ^2 =4.31,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Glass ionomer filling is more effective than light-cured composite in the aspect of root caries repair.
