摘要 目前,双相障碍的发病机制尚不清楚。除了遗传因素外,还可能与神经递质、神经营养、氧化应激、免疫炎症和环境等因素相关,并且可能是以上各种因素相互作用的结果,其中免疫炎症机制是近年来关注的热点之一。该文总结了双相障碍免疫机制相关基因多态性研究和细胞因子水平研究,并探讨双相障碍与免疫异常之间的因果关系以及免疫相关方法在双相障碍诊断和治疗中的应用前景。 目前,双相障碍的发病机制尚不清楚。除了遗传因素外,还可能与神经递质、神经营养、氧化应激、免疫炎症和环境等因素相关,并且可能是以上各种因素相互作用的结果,其中免疫炎症机制是近年来关注的热点之一。该文总结了双相障碍免疫机制相关基因多态性研究和细胞因子水平研究,并探讨双相障碍与免疫异常之间的因果关系以及免疫相关方法在双相障碍诊断和治疗中的应用前景。
