摘要
近年来发现钙离子活动与心血管免疫和炎症有密切关系,钙通道阻滞剂对心血管免疫炎症的影响正逐渐受到研究者的关注。该文分别阐述了心血管免疫炎症机制、钙离子在免疫炎症中的作用、钙通道阻滞剂对心血管免疫炎症的影响及其未来在心血管病应用中新的意义。
Ca^2+ activity has been found to associate with the immunity and inflammation within cardiovascular diseases in recent years. Researchers have begun to focus on the effect of calcium channel blockers, which could modify the immunity and inflammarion. This review presented the mechanism underlying the concentration and activation of Ca^2+ influenced the response of immunity and inflammation and how calcium channel blockers interfered with it, which may have potential in treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
