自然越冬过程中库尔勒香梨抗寒性生理指标的变化 被引量:12

摘要 为了探索库尔勒香梨枝条自然越冬过程中抗寒性生理指标的变化,以库尔勒香梨的枝条为试材,测定自然越冬过程中香梨枝条的相对电导率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量,采用隶属函数法对不同采样期香梨枝条的抗寒力进行分析和比较。结果表明:在越冬期,香梨枝条相对电导率在12月1日到2月1日之间变化不明显,之后出现明显的下降;可溶性糖含量在1月15日达到最大,为0.0113%,可溶性蛋白含量呈"降-升-降"的变化趋势,12月1日含量最高,为48.06μg/g。脯氨酸含量呈现先升高后降低的趋势,1月15日达到最高,为86.43μg/g。由平均隶属值可见,12月中旬平均隶属值最低,为0.4789,因此,12月香梨的抗寒性为整个越冬过程中最弱。 In order to explore the changes of physiological indexes in Korla fragrant pear related to cold resistance during natural overwintering, the branches of pear were used as experiment materials. The relative conductivity, soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline were measured and the cold resistance during natural overwintering was compared with variance and subordinate function analysis in the present study. The results showed that the relative conductivity has no significant changes from December 1 to February 1, after that there was a significant reduce. The maximum content of soluble sugar was 0.0113%in January 15. The content of soluble protein increased first and then decreased and finally increased, and the maximun content was 48.06 μg/g in December 1. The content of proline increased first and then decreased and the maximum value was86.43 μg/g in January 15. The cold resistance of Korla fragrant pear was weakest in December during natural overwintering,and the subordinate function minimum values was 0.4789.
