摘要
冻害是威胁柑橘安全生产的重要因素之一,建立用于研究抗冻机理的柑橘抗冻实验模型十分重要。试验采用冷驯化诱发金柑的抗寒能力,模拟柑桔越冬时气温低、土温高的环境,摸索金柑能耐受的最低温度和低温持续时间,建立了金柑抗冻实验模型。研究结果表明:金柑在-10℃条件下冰冻60 min后,对照组受到严重冻害,而经过冷驯化的处理组只有轻微冻害并能得到恢复。因此,-10℃可以作为抗冻实验模型的处理温度。
Freezing injury is one of the important harmful factors for safe production of citrus, so it is important to establish the freezing resistance experimental model for citrus which use for studying the freezing resistance mechanism.The experiment adopted cold acclimation to induce freezing resistance of Kumquat, which simulated over-winter experiment of citrus(low in air temperature and high in soil temperature) to explore the lowest temperature and the longest low temperature duration for Kumquat, and then to build freezing resistance experimental model for Kumquat. The results showed that after freezing at-10℃ for 60 min, the Kumquat in control group froze badly, but the Kumquat in cold acclimation treatment group froze slightly and can be recovery. Therefore,-10℃ can be used as the treating temperature for freezing resistance experimental model.
