摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定五星肠安中头孢唑啉钠和恩诺沙星的方法。采用Shim packCLC ODS柱(150mm×6mm,5μm),以乙腈 5g/L柠檬酸 三乙胺(体积比为160∶840∶2)为流动相,头孢唑啉和恩诺沙星在20～100μg/mL的范围内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程和相关系数分别为:A=31692 3ρ+4076 8,r=1 0000;A=108921ρ+21587 4,r=0 9999。头孢唑啉钠和恩诺沙星的平均回收率分别为99 9%、100 0%;RSD分别为0 70%、1 1%。方法可用于五星肠安的质量控制。
An HPLC method for determination of cefazolin sodium and enrofloxancin in Wuxing changan was established. The shim-pack CLC-ODS column(150 mm×6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mixture of acetiontrile-citric acid-triethylamine (160∶840∶2) was adopted as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1.2 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 272 nm. The temperature of column was 40 ℃. Under the adopted chromatographic condition, the cefazolin and enrofloxacin could be completely separated. The standard curves for cefazolin and enrofloxacin were linear in the concentration range of 20～100 μg/mL, respectively. The average recoveries of cefazolin sodium and enrofloxacin were 99.9% and 100.1%, with RSD 0.70% and 1.1%, respectively.
