摘要
选取1,9—二(2—氟代苯基)—2,5,8—三氮杂壬烷与铜(Ⅱ)的苯甲酸盐和硝酸盐,合成了两个新的配合物[Cu(C18H23F2N3)(C7H5O2)(H2O)](C7H5O2)·2(H2O)(1)和[Cu(C18H23F2N3)(NO3)2]·(H2O)1/2(2),并获得其单晶,测定了晶体结构.单晶衍射数据显示化合物(1)属三斜晶系Pi空间群,化合物(2)
The title compound (1), [Cu(C 18 H 23 F 2N 3)(C 7H 5O 2)(H 2O)] (C 7H 5O 2)·2(H 2O), is a discrete mononuclear copper(II) complex. The Cu(II) atom is in a square pyramidal geometry and is coordinated by three N atoms from an amine ligand, two O atoms from a benzoate ligand and a water molecule, respectively. The crystal structure is composed of molecular columns which are stabilized by hydrogen bonds. The title compound (2), [Cu(C 18 H 23 F 2N 3)(NO 3) 2]·12(H 2O), consists of two similar mononuclear copper(II) complexes and one lattice water molecule. The Cu(II) atom is in a square pyramidal geometry and is coordinated by three N atoms from an amine ligand, two O atoms from a benzoate ligand and a water molecule, respectively. All the nitrogen atoms in the amine ligands contribute to the formation of the hydrogen bonds. A great number of hydrogen bonds link the complexes into a three-dimensional network.
