1型糖尿病强化治疗的利弊 被引量：2

摘要 1型糖尿病是一种特异性针对胰岛β细胞的自身免疫性疾病,患者需终生依赖外源性胰岛素替代治疗。1型糖尿病的强化治疗是一种被广泛认可的胰岛素使用疗法,主要采用胰岛素治疗,使患者血糖尽量接近正常水平。强化治疗通过严格控制血糖,可以有效的保护胰岛β细胞功能、增加胰岛素的敏感性并能预防和延缓糖尿病慢性并发症的发生、发展。然而在关注强化治疗带来的各种益处的同时,也不能忽视其对患者产生的不良影响。
