柯萨奇病毒与1型糖尿病发病关系的研究进展 被引量:3

Progress in the Study of the Relationship between Coxsackie Virus Infection and Type Ⅰ Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 柯萨奇病毒感染引发1型糖尿病(T1DM)的发病机制仍不明确,目前比较认可的学说有“分子模拟学说”,认为柯萨奇病毒B组(CVB)的p2C和VP1蛋白与T1DM相关自身抗原存在相同或相似的氨基酸序列,因而CVB感染可能导致针对β细胞产生自身抗体;“旁路激活学说”则认为CVB感染激活了已经存在的自身反应性T细胞,引发自身免疫反应,破坏β细胞。而在一些T1DM患者却检测不到自身抗体,故有一种新的理论认为是CVB感染破坏了胰腺外分泌部而导致β细胞再生障碍。另外,CVB感染与T1DM的发生是否有关现在仍存在争议。该文就CVB感染与T1DM发病关系的研究进展和存在的争议作一综述。
