摘要
资金是保证高校持续健康发展的“血液”,大力发展高等教育,首先要解决的就是充足教育经费的筹措问题。在国家财力有限及各方面对财政资金需求竞争激烈的状况下,仍寄希望于政府大量增加高等教育投入是不现实的,解决普通高校资金短缺问题,唯一的出路是努力拓宽筹资渠道,走多元化筹资的道路。
Funds are the blood of universities'sustainable and healthy development.To develop higher edu- cation,the first thing to do is to raise enough educational funds.It is unrealistic to want the government to considerably increase higher education funding under the condition of national financial shortage and bitter competition for funds from different sectors.To solve the problem of financial shortage of common universities, the only way out is to make every effort to broaden fund-raising channels and multiple ways.
