摘要
面对现阶段高等学校经费短缺以及经费筹资多元化的现实 ,从政府、市场、学生这三个角度来分别探讨它们在高校经费筹措中的地位以及我国经费筹措现状 ,试图寻找到高校经费筹措的最优方式。
With regard to the questions such as the shortage of outlay for higher learning institutions and pluralism in fund-raising channels, an analysis is made in terms of an optimal means for fund-raising.
