摘要
本文系统地研究了MA、PA、BA三种苯并噁嗪树脂的黏度、固化特性和残炭率。研究结果表明,MA树脂虽残炭率最高,但要达到较好的浸渍工艺性需加热到100℃以上,且固化温度高;而BA树脂加热起泡严重,黏度很高,反应活化能最高,不适合直接加热浸渍;PA树脂加热到70℃就能达到很好的浸渍工艺性,且固化温度最低,反应活化能也最低,残炭率适中。
The impregnation processing characteristics,curing behavior and charyield of three benzoxazine resins MA、PA and BA were studied systematically.Investigations show that MA resins have a highest char yield,better impregnation above 100℃,and a higher curing temperature;BA resins are blistered Seriously when heated,and have higher viscosity,highest activation energy,and arenot suitable for direct immersion;PA resins have good impregnation process at 70℃,low curing temperature and moderate char yield,and lowest activation energy.
