摘要
综述分析了苯并噁嗪树脂优异的综合性能,表明其兼有环氧、酚醛、双马来酰亚胺等常用树脂的一些优点。作为复合材料基体可用于飞机主承力结构和次承力结构;阻燃性能好,用作飞机舱内材料;耐高温,收缩性小,作为基体树脂适于制备复合材料成型用模具预浸料;粘接性能好,用于宇航工业的结构胶接;成炭率高,有利于作为宇航领域耐烧蚀材料。指出随着苯并噁嗪树脂性能的不断改进,使用经验的积累,其在宇航复合材料工业的应用将会不断增加,发挥出日益重要的作用。
Combine the advantages of epoxy, phenolic and BMI resin systems, Benzoxazine gets widely attention. This resin system has been used in aerospace composite materials and has the potential to be further developed. Benzoxazines offer superior overall performance, and it can be used in aeroplane primary load-bearing structure and secondary load-bearing structure as the composite matrixes. Benzoxazines are suitable for aerospace interior materials due to its good flame resistance; used as main resin system for preparation of composite tools due to its high temperature resistance and low shrinkage; used for structure adhesive in aerospace industry due to its good adhesion property; used for ablative material in aerospace application due to its high char yield. With the improvement of material properties and the accumulations of experience, benzoxazines will be used widely, and play an important role in aerospace industry.
