摘要
建立健全劳动与社会保障体系是我国在完善社会主义市场经济体制过程中面临的重大任务之一。当前及今后一段时间,政府各级经济管理部门、政策研究机构及企事业单位迫切需要这方面的高级专业人才。培养相关的高级专门人才是内蒙古社会稳定和经济发展的迫切需要,本文从劳动与社会保障专业的人才需求出发,研究完善劳动与社会保障专业课程设置。
Constituting and strengthening labor and social security system is one of the important tasks that we are facing with in the process of perfecting socialism market economy system. Now and hence force, there will be an urgent need for advanced talents of this specialty in the government economics management sections, policy research institutions and enterprises at all levels. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate advanced specialized talents to guarantee the social stability and economic development of Inner Mongolia. This paper is a research on how to perfect curriculum setup of the labor and social security specialty to meet the society's demand of talents in the field of labor and social security specialty.
