摘要
阐述了培养社会保障专业人才对建设市场经济体制和加入WTO与国际接轨过程中建立现代社会保障体系的意义与作用。进一步分析了社会保障事业与专业人才培养的互动机制,提出了"三个结合"的人才培养思路。
The strategic goal of the market economic system construction requires that the social security system construction should be sped up. The training of professional personnel, especially the innovative qualified personnel, is a key to guarantee the smooth development of social security. A mutual motivated mechanism of social security industry and its professional personnel training is analyzed. A 'three combination' mode is presented for personnel training.
