摘要
以水作为溶剂,经初步反应后,反应混合液通过压力喷雾干燥机组可在30min内完成干燥造粒工序,生产效率高。所得产品通过扫描电镜、HPLC、粒径分析仪、白度仪、红外光谱仪、热重分析仪等分析手段进行表征,为片状结晶,纯度≥99.6%,收率≥95%,平均粒径D50为3μm^3.5μm,白度≥93%,起始分解温度≥350℃。并且通过不同工艺条件所得产品的物性及应用对比,验证所得产品具有明显的竞争优势,并容易实现产业化。
Using water solution as solvent, and after the initial reaction, the reaction mixture was drying and granulation by the pressure spray drying equipments can be completed within 30min . It has high production effi- ciency. SEM, HPLC, particle size analyzer, whiteness meter, IR, TGA have been used to characterize the MCA prod- ucts, they have plate crystal, purity ≥ 99.6 %, yield ≥95 %, average particle diameter D-50 is 3 p.m - 3.5 μm, white- ness≥93% ,Initial decomposition temperature ≥350℃. Comparising by the physical properties and application a- bout products of different process, the product has obvious competitive advantage, and it's easy to realize industriali- zation.
