摘要
针对目前机床标尺测量上精度不高 ,抗干扰性能力差等缺点 ,设计了以 80 31单片机为核心的双坐标数显机床标尺接口电路硬件软件设计 ,以及机床标尺系统误差软件修正方法。该接口电路能同时处理 X、Y双坐标两路信号 ,不仅集显示和控制于一身 ,扩大了标尺的使用范围 ,而且采用误差修正技术 ,提高了标尺的测量精度。实践证明 ,该电路能为机床测量提供一个方便、有效。
In view of the limitation of measurement accuracy the weakness of anti-interference and other shortcomings of the present machine tool surveyor gauge,the design of the hardawre and software of digital-display machine gauge interface circuits with double coordinates based on 8031 single-chip computer and the method adjusting the system error of machine gauge.The circuit can handle the signals of two channels synchronously.It not only include both displaying and controlling functions thus expand the feasibility;but also improve the measuring precision of gauge as it apply the technique of adjusting error.Practice has testified that this kind of circuits has a efficacious,practical,convenient way which can be used for the surveying of machine tool.
