摘要
介绍了容栅式数显卡尺同步显示装置的硬件、软件设计。该同步显示装置是把数显卡尺RS2 32接口输出信号送入以 80 5 1单片机为基础的信号处理电路 ,配以数据接收、数据处理、数据显示等软件 ,实现测量信号远距离传输 。
This paper introduce the design of hardware and software of electrical digital display calipers synchronism display equipment. The synchronism display equipment uses electrical digital display calipers RS232 interface output signal into signal process circuit of which is based on 8051 computer on slice. Combine the hardware circuit with the software of data acceptance,data process and data display, this equipment carries out measurement signal farther distance transmission. This equipment applies to machine tool digital display unit and soon.
