摘要
在高等院校学报的编辑策划实践中,通过打造品牌学报来推进学术创新和哲学社会科学繁荣,日益引起广大学报工作者的高度重视和密切关注。品牌学报的创造必须以特色栏目的创设为基础和依托,这是由于特色栏目不仅是学报特色的体现,而且还是最引人注目的学术精品,是衡量一家学报办刊质量和学术水准的一项重要指标。
There are more and more editors of the university journal have paid great concern on making top-quality journals through creating special column to promote the acdemic standard. Top-quality journals should make special columns , which are the essence of the journal, presents the charactoristic of the journal, and is the most important index of measuring the quality and acdemic level of the journal as its foudation.
