摘要
自1991年联合国开发计划署(UNDP)启动的东北亚开发项目——图们江三角洲地区开发的宏伟工程以来,中国一直在研究探索,努力促进图们江区域各国不断合作与开发,现已成为图们江区域发展的引擎。图们江区域又是中俄美大国博弈的复杂地域,具有合作发展的战略价值。要努力排除合作发展的困境,而中国的大智慧恰是合作发展的成功路径。
UNDP has launched the developmental project of Northeast Asia since 1991 which was on the exploitation of the Tumen River Delta Region. China has been researching and exploring about it all the time,promoting the cooperation and exploitation of various countries in Tumen River Region. It has been the engine of Tumen River regional development nowadays. Tumen River Region is also the complicated territory where the big countries which are China,Russia,and America make games,so it has great strategic value for cooperative development. If we should exclude the dilemma of cooperative development,the successful way of cooperative development that we recognize is the Chinese great wisdom.
