摘要
高校学报从综合性向专业性的发展过程既要遵循辩证唯物主义关于事物发展的内因与外因关系原理,也要遵循由量变到质变这一发展规律。高校学报应该逐渐拉大学科之间的发文量差距,形成以某一学科或某二学科为主的特色期刊,再由具有一定影响的特色期刊发展到有较大影响的专业化刊物。高校学报工作者是刊物的具体经办者,也是解决高校学报本身存在矛盾的执行者,在高校学报从综合性向专业性的发展过程中将起至关重要的作用。
The course of specialization of joumals of colleges and universities should abide by the fundamental principles of dialectical materialism. First, journals of colleges and universities may develop into characteristic journals in which the papers of a discipline is more than those of other discipline. Then characteristic journals can expend to specialized journals easily. The workers about journals will play an important role in the course of specialization of journals of colleges and universities.
