高校实验技术队伍在高等教育中有着重要的作用和地位 ,本文就目前高校实验技术人员素质的现状和产生的原因 ,分析对高校实验人员素质的要求 。
Lab staff plays an important role in higher learning institutions. The paper discussed the present si tuation of the lab staff's quality and the attributing factors. And the paper also analyzed what measures we should take to improve the staff's quality.
