摘要
本文就高校图书馆在对读者服务中存在的服务理念相对落后、制度存在缺陷、对读者的尊重不够等问题,提出在对读者服务中应尊重读者、平等对待读者熏牢固树立全新的图书馆人性化服务理念以及人性化服务的具体途径。
In terms of the existing backward concept of service, the shortcomings in systems and disrespect for the readers, this article mainly discusses that in the process of reader service, the librarian should respect readers, treat readers equally and firmly set up a new concept of humanized service in libraries. Moreover, it involves the specific way of how to carry out humanized service.
