摘要
分析不同层次护生临床实习前自我评估情况,为下一步护生临床实习规划的制定作准备。方法运用自行设计的调查问卷和因子分析法对不同层次护生的自身能力和工作态度进行分析。结果本科生的学习自我管理和沟通能力方面与专科生相比无统计学意义(P>0.01)。科研意识方面本科生明显高于专科生(P<0.01)。专科生的知识探索态度则明显高于本科生(P<0.01)。另外本科生的工作态度显著高于专科生(P<0.01)。结论不同层次护生在临床实习前自身的能力和工作态度的准备上有相近之处,也存在差别。为此,在制定下一步实习规划过程中,应根据调查结果给予护生相应指导。
