摘要
高等院校有必要从学生入学起就对其进行职业生涯规划的辅导和成功素质训练。可将"就业指导"纳入必修课,针对学生个体的不同条件及外界环境,帮助其规划职业生涯,并通过成功素质训练,指导其实现人生目标。
It is necessary for higher schools to im plement the tutoring of the plan of professional career and the training of sucessful quality to stu dents since their entering a school.We should bring job guid-ance into required course,help stu dents to plan their professional career in dealing with dif ferent indi -vid ual conditions and external en vironment ,and then help students to achieve their target of life through the training of sucessful quality.
