摘要 转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一种对细胞的生长、分化和多种生理、病理过程起重要调节作用的细胞因子。本文综述了近年来国内外关于TGF-β在高血压心血管重构过程中的作用方面所取得的最新研究进展。介绍了TGF-β的结构和作用方式,并着重介绍了TGF-β对RAS系统及内皮细胞的作用和对血管平滑肌增殖及血管重塑的影响。 Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) is a kind of multifunction cytokines, stimulatescyto-production, participates cells proliferation, plays a crucial role in regulating the course ofphysiology and path-physiology after hypertension. This article summarized the newest research progres-sive of TGF-β in cardiovascular remodeling of hypertension by recently in nation wide and global. Themolecular structure and function of TGF-β in relation to rein angiotension system, interferingendothelia function, enhancing proliferation process of smooth muscle cells was highlighted in detail.
