摘要
地方高校开展远程教育,必须处理好远程教育与教育技术成本、远程教育与受教育对象的个体条件及认知能力、远程教育与学科资源建设及师资信息处理能力的关系。
To develop distance education, local higher education must deal with the following relationship: distance education with educational technology cost, distance education with the individual conditions and acknowledging ability of education objects and distance education with course resources development and teachers' resource info-dealing capability.
