摘要
对1999─2000上半年全国各地方100余所高师院校学报发表的图书馆学论文检索发现，世纪之交，高师院校图书馆学界关注的主要问题有：1、知识经济、信息化社会、网络化管理与图书馆的建设与发展；2、图书馆的管理体制、经营理念及资源的开发利用；3、图书馆工作与学校教学科研及精神文明建设的关系；4、图书馆工作人员的素质提高、职业道德建设及继续教育。值得注意的是，对图书馆学的基本理论问题研究不足。
The author retrieved papers on library science published on journals of more than 100 teachers colleges and universities all over the country from 1999 to June of 2000 and found that at the turn of the centuries the major issues which the world of library science in teachers colleges and universities concerns include: 1. Knowledge economy, information-based society, network management and their relation with the construction and development of libraries; 2. Management systems, management ideas and the development and exploitation of resources of libraries; 3. The relation between library work and teaching and research and building of spiritual civilization in teachers colleges and universities; 4. The building of qualities and professional moralities of personnel in libraries. One point which is worth mentioning is that the research on basic theoretical problems about library science is not enough.
