摘要
分析和研究了目前高校学报的现状及存在的问题 ,认为高校学报不同于一般学术刊物之处在于其具有二重性 ,即它是一种学术期刊 ,同时又是展示主办高校科研成果的一个窗口。高校学报要在激烈的竞争中求得生存和发展 ,一方面要立足于“窗口”作用 ,根据主办高校的培养目标、办学层次、科研实力 ,甚至地域位置、行业特点等 ,精心策划 ,准确定位 ,办出特色 ;另一方面要遵循学术刊物的办刊规律 ,办出精品。并对二者提出了具体的看法和建议。
This paper first analyzed the present condition of the university journal, and pointed out some problems existing in the present running of the journal. Then this paper proposed that what makes the university journal different from other academic journal is that it has the following dual characteristics: one is that the university journal is an academic journal, the other is that it is also a window to display the scientific and technological achievements of the university. In order to survive and develop in fierce competition, the university journal should stick to its university characteristics on the one hand, and science and technology features on the other hand.
