摘要
①目的探讨MMP-13与IL-6在骨性关节炎患者的相关性表达。②方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测60例OA患者及20例正常对照组关节软骨与滑膜MMP-13、IL-6的表达及二者在OA中表达的相关性。③结果MMP-13蛋白在OA组阳性表达的IOD值明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),IL-6蛋白在OA组阳性表达的IOD值高于正常对照组(P<0.05);二者在OA中的表达呈正相关(r=0.827,P<0.01)。④结论MMP-13与骨关节炎发生发展有密切关系,OA关节软骨细胞与滑膜细胞中高水平的MMP-13,可能是通过IL-6等一系列炎性细胞因子激活,并上调。
Objectives To explore the correlative expression of metalloproteinase-13(MMP-13)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with osteoarthritis.Methods The expressions of MMP-13 and IL-6 protein in chondrocytes and synoviocytes of 60 patients with osteoarthritis and 20 cases as normal control groups were determined with immunohistochemical method,and expressive correlations in osteoarthritis were analyzed.Results IOD of MMP-13 protein in OA group was significantly higher than that in normal control groups(P<0.01)...
