摘要
本文采用固定床流动反应装置对Ni/a-Al2O3上甲烷二氧化碳重整制合成气的反应进行了研究.在一定CH4/CO2配比下,考察了镍负载量、助剂及助剂添加量对催化活性和积炭量的影响.结果表明镍负载量对催化活性和积炭量均有影响。助剂MgO的添加能够显著降低积炭量,提高了催化剂的稳定性和抗积炭性。
Carbon dioxide reforming methane to synthesis gas at 700℃ over Ni/a-Al2O3, has been investigated using a fixed-bed apparatus. Under the same CH4/CO2 ratio, the catalysis activity and amount of carbon spedes effects by nickel loading, different promoter and promoter amounts have been investigated. It was found that nickel loading can influence the activity and carbon deposition amounts. Promoter MgO reduces the amounts of carbon and makes the catalyst stable significantly.
