摘要
２００ＭＷ机组高温再热器和高压锅炉过热器钢管服役状况存在差别，建议放宽对１０２钢高温再热器管老化判废指标。对该钢的非推荐组织及性能以及该钢严重老化后高温性能变化规律、老化机理进行了研究，给出了寿命评定方法。
There exist some differences between service conditions of high pressure boiler superheater and high temperature reheater of a 200 MW unit.With the purpose of relaxation of aging rejection indexes of 102 steel high temperature reheater tubes,the authors studied the non recommended texture and performance of this kind of steel,the variation pattern of high temperature performance after serious aging,and aging mechanism of 102 steel.The method for lifetime assessment is proposed.
