摘要
通过对厦门市工程担保制度实施情况的调研,着重对厦门市作为工程担保制度的试行城市以来强制推行工程担保制度所取得的效果和经验进行总结分析。通过对厦门市工程担保制度的实施情况进行调研总结,来分析业主工程款支付担保、承包商履约担保、低价风险担保和工程质量保修担保的实施效果,并总结了厦门市推行工程担保制度存在的优点和不足。
Based on the survey for the pilot system of construction bonding in Xiamen City, emphases to analyse the effect and experience of the system of construction bonding when Xiamen City become the city which tried out the construction bonding.Via concluded the result of practice of construction bonding in Xiamen City to analyse the effect of the employer payment bond 、the performance bond、the low price risk bond and maintenance bond,and last conclude the advantage and disadvantage in the Xiamen City's practice the construction bonding.
