Relationship between Postmortem Interval and Energy Substance Changes in Different Organs of Rat.

摘要 目的检测大鼠死后不同器官能量物质的改变情况,探讨死后能量物质的变化规律。方法用高效液相色谱检测死亡发生24h内不同时间点大鼠腓肠肌、心肌、肝脏组织中ATP、ADP和AMP的含量。结果发现腓肠肌中ATP随死亡时间的延长迅速下降,到死后8h基本检测不到或微量检测出;心肌、肝脏中组织中ATP含量受死亡方式影响大。ADP在整个检测时间点均能检测到,AMP的含量变化无规律。结论通过高效液相对磷酸腺苷的检测,显示24h内大鼠腓肠肌、心肌和肝脏组织中的ATP含量变化与死亡时间的联系,可为法医学死亡时间推断提供一种新的、客观的参考依据。 Objective To observe changes in the level of energy substance (ATP,ADP and AMP) in different organs of rat and its relationship with the postmortem interval. Methods The content of energy substance in gastrocnemiuses, myocardiums and livers of 180 rats was detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at various postmortem intervals. Results The content of ATP quickly decreased as the postmortem interval is getting longer; ATP was hardly detected or just microamounted at 8 h after death. The content of energy substance in myocardium and liver was obviously affected by death mode. ADP was detected at each postmortem interval. The content of AMP was irregularly changed. Conclusion The detection of adenosine phosphates by HPLC revealed the relationship of the amount of ATP with postmortem interval from 0 to 24 h in rat's gastrocnemius, myocardium and liver, providing an objective and exact new way to estimate the postmortem interval in human cadavers.
