摘要 应用改良的反相高效液相色谱(RHPLC)技术研究了离体灌注大鼠心脏缺氧前后心肌高能磷酸化合物含量的改变,观察到在心肌缺氧前给与尼群地平能显著增加心肌能量贮备,并延级缺氧后心肌高能磷酸化合物的耗竭,具有保存心肌能量的作用。 To investigate the relationship betweenpost-hypoxic myocardial dysfunction and myocardialenergy reserve and the effect of nitrendi-pine on hypo-xic myocardial energy preservation, we submitted theLangendorff isolated perfused rat hearts to 30 minutesof hypoxia and then 20 minutes of reoxygenation,Ni-trendipine was infused continuously 10 minutes beforehypoxia and throughout the following perfusion. Thehigh energy phosphate contents of isolated perfusedrat hearts before and 30 minutes after hypoxia weremeasured by using reverse high performance liquidchromatography. The results showed that nitrendipine,when administered prophylactically, enhanced my-ocardial energy reserve and relieved high energyphosphates’depletion during 30 minutes of hypoxia in-sult. It is suggested that nitrendipine has an effect orhypoxic myocardial energy preservation.
