摘要
以黄石理工学院医学院院馆基础设计为例,结合多年的设计工作经验,重点论述了设计阶段的重要性,说明了工程设计阶段是投资控制的重要环节,以引起建设者的高度重视,并建议尽快实行设计监理。
The paper discusses the importance of design phase in project cost control by taking the design of the foundation of the building of HSIT's medical school as an example.It is suggested that design supervision be carried out in project cost control as soon as possible.
