桩基工程是具有代表性的建筑工程,由于桩基种类繁多,施工工艺差异大,加之底层变化复杂,因此,桩基工程从设计、到实施,再到竣工结算等各环节的成本控制,直接关系到整个工程的总造价成。实行"精细"化工程管理,从个细节成本出发,强调成本事前控制的重要性,是整个工程项目成功的基础。
