摘要
矿产资源潜力评价是国土资源大调查提出的一项战略任务,它要求迅速查明我国各类矿产资源的潜力,为及时转化成经济优势准备基础资料。应用新的成矿理论开展重要矿种的资源评价和开展重要区带的成矿条件、成矿规律调查研究及区域成矿预测评价构成了全国矿产资源潜力评价的三项基本任务。矿床定位、相似类比和“求同求异”为潜力评价的三项指导理论;最小风险最大含矿率、优化评价、尺度水平对等为潜力评价圈定资源潜力区遵循的准则;在 G I S平台上应用矿产资源潜力评价的辅助决策系统是使用高新技术的标志。作者介绍了自己研制的矿产资源评价系统( M ineral Resource Assessm ent System , 以下简称 M R A S)的功能、结构和使用方法。最后用全国金矿资源潜力评价的实例介绍了全国矿产资源评价的实施操作步骤,并提出了需要解决的若干实际问题。
The potentiality assessment of mineral resources is one of the strategical targets recommended by the New Round Survey of Land and Resources. It requires to carry out a rapid investigation of various resources in order to make certain of the potentiality and then, to transform it into an economical superiority in time. There are three basic tasks in the New Round Survey of Land and Resources:to the carry out investigation and assessment of varieties of important mineral resources, to find out metallogenetic conditions and regulations on different ore fields and zones, and finally to make a prospected assessment of the regional metallogenesis based on the new ore forming hypothesis. The theories of guiding the potentiality assessment are ore deposit location, similarity comparison and“seeking anomaly characters”. The basic principles of delineating potential zones through potentiality assessment are maximum potential rate with minimum risks, the optimization assessment and equality in dimension. The subsidiary decision system that is used for potentiality assessment of mineral resources on the GIS platform is an important high techmque tool. The authors describe the functions, structure and application of the Mineral Resource Assessment System(MRAS). Finally, the procedure for assessing mineral resources is also presented, taking the assessment of the national gold potentiality as an example. Some problems must be solved are proposed.
