摘要
元认知是认知主体对自身认知活动的认知,对英语学习有重要影响。本文借助当前心理学和教育学的研究成果,通过分析元认知在英语学习和教学中的作用,探讨了如何将元认知理论应用于现代英语教学中,培养学生元认知能力,提高学生学习效率。
Metacognition is the cognition that cognizes an activity to oneself,having important influence to the English study.This paper asks for the result of the current psychology and pedagogy research,analyzes the function of metacognition in English teaching and studying,inquiries into how to apply the metacognitive theories in the modern English teaching,the cultivation of students metacognitive ability and the development of study efficiency.
