摘要
元认知能力是学校教育需要培养的一项重要的学习能力,它有助于学生掌握学习和思考问题的方法,养成主动地、创造性地探究问题、解决问题,并学会思考自己生活的意义。对学习成绩的提高以及进行跨学科的综合性学习有直接的影响。文章从元认知发展的特点出发,探讨了元认知能力对学习的影响,并提出了培养元认知能力的措施。
Primary cognition is a very important ability in school education and is helpful for students to grasp the method of studying and thinking, helpful for students to probe into and solve problems initiatively and creatively and grasp the meaning of their lives. It is directly related to their grades and comprehensive interdisciplinary study.
