摘要
目的探讨桃红四物汤在神经性皮炎患者中的应用效果及安全性。方法选择2017年6月—2019年5月治疗的神经性皮炎患者266例,采用随机数字表法为对照组和观察组各133例,对照组接受糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础之上联合桃红四物汤治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的EASI评分和治疗后半年复发率。结果治疗前2组患者的EASI评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的2周、4周、6周和8周的EASI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者半年复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤治疗神经性皮炎患者具有显著的效果,且半年复发率较低,具有较高的安全性。
Objective To investigate the application and safety of Taohong Siwu decoction in patients with neurodermatitis.Methods 266 patients with neurodermatitis treated in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 133 cases in each.The control group was treated with momethasone glycosate cream,and the observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.EASI score before and after treatment and recurrence rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in EASI score between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,EASI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of half a year after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction has remarkable therapeutic effect in the treatment of neurodermatitis,and the recurrence rate of half a year is low,and has high safety.
