摘要
暴力犯罪具有案发的不可预见性、实施手段的凶残性及社会危害性大等特点,一旦发生就会引起社会的极大恐慌,影响和谐社会的健康发展。人民警察作为处置暴力犯罪案件的主要力量,其专业素质能力的优劣将直接决定案件处置的成功率。论述紧扣暴力犯罪的特点,结合现场处置情况的实地调研,在技战术应用方面挖掘问题与不足,有针对性地在专项身体素质训练方面加以改革创新,科学构建训练体系,为今后提升暴力犯罪现场处置的成功率提出一些实用性建议,可供其他警察院校借鉴、移植和应用。
Violent crime has the characteristics of unpredictability,brutality of the means of implementation and great social harm.It will cause great panic in society and affect the healthy development of a harmonious society once it occurs.The police will directly determine the success rate of the case handling as its professional quality and ability as the main force for handling violent crime cases.This paper closely follows the characteristics of violent crimes,combines field investigations on the spot,investigates the problems and deficiencies in the application of techniques and tactics,and reforms and innovates in specific physical fitness training in a targeted manner,and scientifically constructs a training system to enhance violent crimes in the future.The purpose is to provide practical suggestions in promoting the success rate of on-site disposal for other police colleges.
