摘要
党的十九大以来,西藏脱贫攻坚工作取得巨大成就,不少县(区)接连完成脱贫任务,这其中离不开党中央、国务院的深切关怀,中央各部(委)的大力支持,在政策、资金、项目等方面对西藏给予重点照顾、特殊倾斜,也离不开西藏各族人民的共同努力。2019年底,西藏62.8万贫困人口全部脱贫,74个贫困县(区)全部摘帽。西藏驻村工作是助力脱贫攻坚的关键一环,但同时也存在一些问题。本研究是笔者驻村期间的几点思考,以期为后续开展农村工作提供一些参考。
Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Tibet has made great achievements in poverty alleviation. Many counties(districts) have successively completed poverty alleviation tasks one after another,which is inseparable from the deep concern of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,the strong support of the ministries(commissions) of the central government,the key care and special inclination given to Tibet in terms of policies,funds and projects,and the joint efforts of all ethnic groups in Tibet. By the end of 2019,the 628,000 poor people in Tibet had all been lifted out of poverty,and all 74 poor counties(districts) had their caps off. Tibetan Resident help in village is a key part of helping poverty alleviation,but there are also some problems. This study is a few thoughts during my stay in the village,hoping to provide some references for subsequent rural work.
