摘要
向农村派驻工作队是中国共产党长期以来的一种工作方式。在不同的历史时期,中共向农村派出了各种形式的工作队。由于中共在各个时期面临的历史任务不同,组建工作队的方式不同,工作队的性质、对象以及工作的内容和重点等也随之改变。历史地看,农村工作队是中共农村工作的一种有效形式,及时地处理了农村急需解决的问题,对于贯彻党的方针政策,推动农村经济社会稳定协调发展,具有十分重要的作用。
Stationing work team to the rural was a working way of the CPC. The CPC stationed various forms of work teams to the rural in different historical periods. Because the CPC faced different historical tasks in various periods, the forms of establishing different work team were different. The work team＇ s properties, objects and work content and focus varied with the change of the CPC＇ s tasks. Historically, rural work team was a kind of ef- fective form of the CPC＇ s rural work and timely solved rural problems, which had a very important function to carry out the CPC＇s principles and policies and promote rural economic and social stability and harmonious development.
