Surveillance results of influenza-like illness in Xuchang,Henan,2016-2020

摘要 目的分析2016-2020年度许昌市哨点医院流感样病例监测结果,为许昌市流感防控提供依据。方法对哨点医院采集的流感样病例(Influenza like illness,ILI)咽拭子标本进行流感病毒核酸检测,描述性分析监测结果。结果四个监测年度许昌市共报告35953例ILI,总ILI比例(ILI%)为2.78%,各监测年度ILI%差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=276.22,P<0.001)。ILI报告呈冬季高峰。共采集2725例ILI标本,流感病毒核酸阳性712例,阳性率为26.13%,各监测年度的阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=75.74,P<0.001),每个监测年度均有多个亚型/系的流行。5~14岁组阳性检出率最高(37.54%),0~4岁组检出率最低(19.49%),各年龄组检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=80.82,P<0.001)。男女检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.86,P=0.05)。学生阳性检出率最高(38.67%),其次为幼托儿童(29.94%)。结论许昌市儿童和学生是流感防控重点人群,12月和1月是流感防控重要月份,要在冬季加强对重点人群的流感防控工作。 Objective To analyze the results of the influenza-like illness(ILI)in Xuchang from 2016 to 2020 for grasping the epidemic trend and providing evidence for flu prevention and control in Xuchang city.Methods Influenza virus nucleic acid test was conducted on throat swab specimens collected in sentinel hospitals,and the results of surveillance were analyzed descriptively.Results 35953 cases of ILI were reported during the four surveillance years,with a percentage of 2.78%of the total outpatient and emergency cases.The difference in percentage of ILI cases by year was statistically significant(χ^(2)=276.22,P<0.001).The ILI cases reported showed a peak in winter.2725 ILI specimens were collected,and 712 influenza-positive cases were detected,with a positive rate of 26.13%.The difference in positive rate by year was statistically significant(χ^(2)=75.74,P<0.001).The 5 to 15-year-old group had the highest positive detection rate of 37.54%,and the 0 to 5-year-old group had the lowest detection rate of 19.49%.The difference in detection rate by age group was statistically significant(χ^(2)=80.82,P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate between men and women(χ^(2)=3.86,P=0.05).The positive detection rate in students was the highest(38.67%),followed by children in kindergartens(29.94%).Conclusion Children and students in Xuchang city are the key populations for influenza prevention and control.December and January are important months.It is necessary to strengthen prevention and control measures for key populations in winter.
