摘要
目的分析2018年-2019年吉林省流感流行规律及优势病毒株流行趋势,为流感病毒的预警、预测控制工作提供参考依据。方法根据国家流感监测方案《全国流感监测工作方案(2017年版)》,对2018年第14周-2019年第13周全省13家流感监测哨点医院监测到的流感样病例(ILI)进行分析,并对采集的流感标本进行病原学分析。结果2018年-2019年吉林省13家哨点医院共报告ILI 50718例,占门急诊病例总数的2.20%。吉林省各地之间ILI比例差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11549.464,P<0.001)。在时间分布上,各地区ILI比例高峰值主要集中在冬春季节。在年龄分布上,ILI主要集中在0岁~组(19016例,占37.5%)。对采集的6430份咽拭标本进行核酸检测,阳性率为20.39%。对核酸阳性标本进一步分离鉴定,共得到561株毒株,其鉴定型别以新甲型H1N1型为主。结论ILI发病人群主要集中在儿童及少年。各地之间ILI比例有差异,以新甲型H1N1为主要流行优势株。流感高峰出现在2019年1月。
Objective To monitor the epidemiology of influenza and dominant virus strain in Jilin Province from 2018 to 2019 in order to provide a reference for the early warning,prediction and controlling of influenza.Methods According to the national influenza surveillance program National Flu Monitoring Program(2017 edition),analysis was conducted in flu-like illness(FLI)cases from 13 sentinel hospitals overall the province from the 14th week in 2018 to the 13th week in 2019.Respiratory tract specimens were collected for influenza virus detection.Results A total of 50718 ILI cases were reported in the 13 hospitals in Jilin Province from 2018 to 2019,which accounted for 2.20%of the total number of outpatients and emergency cases(TNOEC).The differences of the proportion of ILI among TNOEC between different parts of the province were statistically significant(χ^2=11549.464,P<0.001).In time distribution,obvious epidemic peaks of ILI all over the whole province occurred in spring and winter.In age distribution,epidemic peaks occurred in group of 0-year old(19016 cases accounted for 37.5%).Nucleic acid testing was conducted in pharyngeal swab specimens of 6430 cases.Results showed a positive rate of 20.39%.Further isolation and identification led to 561 toxic virus strains mainly influenza A(H1N1)virus.Conclusion The outbreaks of ILI usually occurred in children and youngsters.Different parts of Jilin Province showed discrepant proportion of ILI but shared a mainly dominant influenza A(H1N1)virus strain.The obvious epidemic peaked in January of 2019.
