摘要
为改善沥青路面路用耐久性能,延长其使用年限,选取纳米SiO_(2)、玄武岩纤维(BF)2种改性剂对SMA-13沥青混合料进行复合改性并开展相关性能试验。在沥青、SiO_(2)、玄武岩纤维等原材料的基础上制备SiO_(2)-BF复合改性沥青,通过沥青三大指标试验评价SiO_(2)、玄武岩纤维对道路石油沥青性能的的影响;通过高低温及水稳定性能试验评价SMA-13、SMA-13(7%BF)、SMA-13(7%BF+2%SiO_(2))3种沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明,BF、SiO_(2)的掺入会改善道路石油沥青的高温性能,但会降低其抗塑性变形能力;7%BF、7%BF+2%SiO_(2)的掺入均能改善SMA-13沥青混合料的高低温及抗水损害能力。
In order to improve the road performance of asphalt pavement and prolong its service life,two modifiers,nano SiO_(2) and basalt fiber(BF),were selected to modify SMA-13 asphalt mixture and carry out related performance tests.On the basis of the research of asphalt,SiO_(2),basalt fiber and other raw materials,SiO_(2)-BF composite modified asphalt was prepared,and the effects of SiO_(2) and basalt fiber on the properties of road petroleum asphalt were evaluated by three index tests of asphalt.The road performance of SMA-13,SMA-13(7%BF)and SMA-13(7%BF+2%SiO_(2))was evaluated by high and low temperature and water stability tests.The test results showed that the addition of BF and SiO_(2) could improve the high-temperature performance of road petroleum asphalt,but reduce its anti-plastic deformation ability.The addition of 7%BF,7%BF+2%SiO_(2) could improve the high and low temperature and water damage resistance of SMA-13 asphalt mixture.
