PAN纤维对橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料水稳定性的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了改善橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的水稳定性能,采用冻融劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验和浸水飞散试验,系统研究了不同掺量聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维对橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料水稳定性能的影响规律,研究结果表明:橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的劈裂抗拉强度、马歇尔稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比及浸水残留稳定度均随着PAN纤维掺量的增加呈先增大后减小变化,而浸水飞散损失则随之呈先减小后增大变化;适宜的PAN纤维在沥青混合料中起到良好的桥接、阻裂、分散、增韧等作用,有利于改善橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的水稳定性能,而纤维过多会产生结团堆积,影响荷载分散传递,致使沥青混合料水稳定性能降低;推荐PAN纤维的适宜掺量为0.3%,有利于提升橡胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的抗水损害性能。 In order to improve the water stability of rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture,the influence of different amounts of PANfiber on the water stability of rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture was systematically studied using freeze-thaw splitting test,immersion marshall test,and immersion dispersion test.The results show that the splitting tensile strength,marshall stability,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio,and immersion residual stability of rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture all increasefirst and then decrease with the increase of PANfiber content.With the increase of the content of PANfiber,the water immersion lossfirst decreases and then increases.Suitable PANfibers play a good role in bridging,cracking resistance,dispersion,and toughening in asphalt mixtures,which is conducive to improving the water stability of rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt mixtures.Excessivefibers can cause agglomerations and affect load dispersion and transmission,resulting in reduced water stability of asphalt mixtures.The recommended suitable content of PANfiber is 0.3%,which is conducive to improving the water damage resistance of rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture.
